Changes and Cancellation Policy

If you wish to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours before your arrival. Call us at our Toll Free Number to do so. If the reservation is cancelled after that, the hotel can charge you the first night plus tax for a no show penalty. Please avoid no shows in order to prevent unnecessary charges to your credit card. Please make sure to notify GCI of any cancellations or changes in writing at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival. Changes will be made subject to availability at the hotel. (The hotels will not make changes or cancellations directly as these must be done through GCI.) NOTE: Because of the high occupancy in some hotels for different groups, the cancellation policy and penalties may be different.
